The Get-A-Way

​A perfect little cabin in the woods or mountain.    Somewhere you just want to go to get-a-way for a few days.

This was planned as Santa's workshop but it would also make a great little country style cottage or house.

Space at the bottom is where your battery pack can go while the small hole at the top is for your wires to come out of your room and be taped down the back.

So here is my workshop for the mini weekend:

What better than a room in a 50's style TV.
My thought went to small kitchen on the left with a living area on the right.
But what about doing your favourite TV show, like Lucy, the Honeymooners, Ozzie and Harriet or even a scene from Dragnet.

The TV is cut from 8th birch ply so it can easily be stained.
The floor is raised to allow a battery drawer under it in case you want to light your scene.
Comes with the knobs you see and the floor is laser scored like hardwood.    You can always turn that piece over if you need it to be plain.
